Unfortunately I had to cancel the screening planned on 24/10 due to the fact that we did not have enough interest.
I will be looking into the option of an online screening. Interested? Sign up here and I will let you know what happens.

LET'S EMPOWER OURSELVES AND SHRED THE SILENCE ON MENOPAUSE!

My name is Christina Reijndorp, 52 years old. Born in The Netherlands, living in Älta, Stockholm.

Being on a Menopause journey myself,  I realise that there is so much mis- and lack of information, even with doctors. I believe that every woman deserves to know what Menopause is all about! So I decided to organise a (M) Factor documentary screening in my hometown Älta, Stockholm in October: World Menopause Awareness Month!

By organising this, I hope to encourage the conversation about Menopause, to contribute to empowering women with evidence based knowledge so they will be able to make a well informed decision on their future health and allows them to be the best version of themselves in this  exciting fase of life!

So if you are heading for/are in Menopause, with or without symptons or just supporting someone in your family who is; Join me at the (M) Factor Film Screening on 24 October 2025 from 19:45-20:15 in Kulturknut Älta (Nacka)!

Take care and I hope to see you on the 24th in Älta!

Love,
Christina

ABOUT THE (M) FACTOR!

“The (M) Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause” is the first US documentary exploring the hidden impact of menopause on women's lives. 1.3 million women in Sweden and 1 billion women worldwide are currently experiencing menopause. This life stage is often surrounded by silence and misinformation, worsening the broader crisis in women’s health.

Menopause symptoms can derail careers, disrupt relationships, and cause unnecessary suffering. This film presents evidence-based solutions to challenge the negativity associated with menopause and empowers women to take control of their health!
With insights from renowned experts including Dr. Sharon Malone, Obstetrician-gynecologist and Neuroscientist Dr. Lisa Mosconi,  the film dispels myths about hormone replacement therapy, evaluates over-the-counter supplements, and addresses how women of color uniquely experience menopause.
